Please read these terms carefully before booking a tour

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Kef Quad Treks website and the booking of any tours or services offered by Kef Quad Treks, based in Lixouri, Kefalonia, Greece. By booking a tour, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Bookings and Payment
All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of payment or written confirmation from Kef Quad Treks. Prices are quoted per person and are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed. Full payment may be required at the time of booking or on the day of the tour, as advised at the time of enquiry.
2. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled tour start time will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour start time may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the total booking value. No-shows on the day of the tour are non-refundable. Kef Quad Treks reserves the right to cancel or reschedule tours due to adverse weather conditions, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, a full refund or alternative date will be offered.
3. Age and Eligibility Requirements
Riders must be at least 18 years of age and hold a valid driving licence (car or motorcycle). Passengers must be at least 8 years of age. Participants under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who accepts responsibility on their behalf. Kef Quad Treks reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone who does not meet these requirements.
4. Health and Fitness
Quad biking is a physically demanding activity. Participants must be in reasonable physical health and free from conditions that could be aggravated by off-road riding, including but not limited to: back or neck injuries, heart conditions, epilepsy, or pregnancy. It is your responsibility to inform us of any relevant medical conditions prior to your tour. Kef Quad Treks reserves the right to refuse participation on health and safety grounds.
5. Safety Requirements
All participants must follow the safety briefing provided by our guides before the tour begins. Helmets and any other safety equipment provided must be worn at all times during the tour. Participants must not operate a quad bike under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Reckless or dangerous riding will result in immediate removal from the tour without refund. Our guides' instructions must be followed at all times.
6. Liability and Disclaimer
Quad biking is an adventure activity that carries inherent risks. Kef Quad Treks takes all reasonable precautions to ensure participant safety; however, we cannot accept liability for injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in our tours, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law. Participants take part at their own risk. We strongly recommend that all participants hold appropriate personal travel and accident insurance.
7. Damage to Equipment
Participants are responsible for any damage caused to quad bikes or equipment through negligent or reckless use. The cost of repairs may be charged to the participant. Normal wear and tear is excluded.
8. Photography and Media
Kef Quad Treks may take photographs or video footage during tours for promotional purposes. By participating in a tour, you consent to the use of such images on our website and social media channels. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform your guide before the tour begins.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Greece and the European Union. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kefalonia, Greece.
10. Changes to These Terms
Kef Quad Treks reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
